Joe Rathburn

Joe Rathburn has earned his living playing music since 1972, much of the time as a solo act. That can get lonely. He loves to have a band of other musicians with him but often there isn't a budget for it. Enter The Invisibles, Joe's virtual band. Most often just a bass player and drummer, with the occasional keyboard or other instrument sitting in, they fill out Joe's sound and allow him the freedom to improvise. They always know the material better than he does and turn down their volume when Joe asks them to. So, whether you've a tight budget, a small space, or want a big sound with less volume, Joe Rathburn & The Invisibles are for you.
